He has done his bachelors in Business administration (BBA). Manage daily operations of the company and the work of executives (IT, Marketing, Sales, and Finance etc.) Faizan design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures set comprehensive goals for performance and growth. He evaluate company performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics. He has some outstanding organizational and leadership abilities and excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills.

He has more than 24 years of experience of Insurance industry. He start is career with Adamjee Insurance Co. in 1996. Participate a good role in growth of PICIC Ins. After that in 2007 joined Jubilee Ins. and serve the organization for more than 10 years. Meantime in the period he also have a good experience with CPEC Projects and have a good dealing with a lot of Chinese companies.

He have more than 15 years of experience in the insurance sector in Pakistan and the Middle East region, Khawar Osama is armed with the skills to sustain a competitive edge.
